Jens Widerberg was born in Norrland and has a passion for creating unique products that are innovative and functional. In 1997 he started Formverket - a Swedish design company specializing in industrial design, construction and production. Formverket's hallmark is minimalistic and functional Scandinavian design that is sustainable both for the eye and the environment. The products are sold through its own brand as well as under other well-known brands, such as IKEA. When Jens isn't spending time with family and friends, he devotes himself to endless projects on the 1930s pump house he has turned into the family home. He also lectures on creativity and owns Borgen - a center for entrepreneurial activities.
